JNAD is an architectural and design studio based in Tenterden, Kent. JNAD focuses primarily on domestic projects and undertakes new buildings, conversions, renovations, alterations, interiors and landscaping from feasibility studies through to detailed design or any part thereof.
 
At JNAD we work closely with our clients to help them realise their dreams and ideas within the constraints of planning policies, regulations and budgets. We aim to enable our clients to take their ideas a step or two further with our design skills, knowledge and experience.
 
JNAD has particular skills in incorporating new work into existing situations with a sense of balance and harmony. We have extensive experience of working with historic and listed buildings.
 
Jane Newman BA(Hons) Dip Arch, PGDipCHE. ARB, founder and principal architect of JNAD previously co-founded and ran the successful and award winning architectural studio 'Atelier Architecture and Design' in Hertfordshire specialising in community, ecclesiastical and domestic projects. Jane also studied Conservation of the Historic Environment (CHE) at Reading University College of Estate Management and has extensive experience of historic and listed buildings.
